[TxMt] Shell escape with Latex watch

Hi all,

How can you add options to the call to the pdflatex engine used by the  
watch functionality of the LaTeX bundle?

Particularly, I'd like to be able to add the shell-escape option  
(apparently it currently runs with that option disabled).
