[TxMt] esc in latex

This seems to indicate that you are telling it to include the file:
/Users/kiffer/Documents/kiffer_on_Mac/Sheffield/papers/mythesis/ 
classicthesis/ClassicThesis2.tex

And it cannot find that file, hence the error.

Do you have any \include calls in your document? How do they looks  
like? Perhaps you can send me your document offline?
