Well, if you're using the browser anyway, you could use Firefox plus
the WebDeveloper Toolbar (which can send the current doc to the W3C
validator even if it's loaded from your local hard disk) or iCab
which has a built-in validator (though it's not always as accurate
as the one from the W3C).
Of course, a solution which can be directly called from TextMate
would be nice, but I don't know any...
