Websites now allow you to subscribe to the information you want to  
keep updated. This website works the same way. If you want to be  
updated every time a new audio file or post is added, you only have  
to click on the orange RSS feed symbol in the sidebar on the home  
page. You are able to unsubscribe any time.</p>

<p>I use <a href="http://www.google.com/reader/">Google Reader</a> to  
manage all my news and blog feeds. This way I am not spending time  
surfing. Google Reader collects all the new posts in the background  
and I am then able to read them when I want, without having  to surf  
all around. <a href="http://www.google.com/reader/">Google Reader</a>
