[TxMt] Still Stuck with HTML

It's not going to translate posts that have alrady been posted in  
HTML.  Posts that you create in Markdown should remain in Markdown,  
though.  I'm sure there are scripts available to translate HTML to  
Markdown, but it's not built in to the fetch script.
