I'd like to see a -w flag to wait until the window is closed before
continuing. This allows the editor to be used for editing svn commit
comments (or any other task where the editor specified by the EDITOR
environment variable is used).

Install from within the app is cute, but not (in my opinion) necessary,
but there probably should be an installer so permissions are handled
correctly.

My 2 cents.
