[TxMt] getting SVN (subversion) working in textmate - "this client is too old to work" error

site was up when I check and I'm happily running a newer version, and SVN
via textmate is working - Thanks Tim

(still not quite sure if textmate lets you do a global commit such that the
textmate/svn layer then works out what needs to be commited and what
doesn't?)
