don't use that bundle... it's out of date, as reflected in issue https://github.com/bblimke/copy-with-style-tmbundle/issues/6

TextMate 2 has this feature built-in: ⚙︎ → TextMate → Copy Document as RTF (⌃⌥⌘C)

It might be nice to put that in the README.
