Unfortunately this is no longer supported. It wasn’t about TextMate 2, 
but simply the operating system that made it more and more problematic 
to support something like this.

If you need to request input for your own commands, there is the dialog 
(default) plug-in, but for the script runner, this would require some 
tty emulation which no-one has currently written.
