[TxMt] "interpreter failed: No such file or directory." error

When I try to run run these two commands:

LaTeX > Insert > Citation based on current word
TODO > Insert TODO List

I¹m getting a dialogue box with this message:

Failure running ³Citation Based on Current SelectionŠ². interpreter failed:
No such file or directory.

Anyone know what the problem is?
