Sorry to have bothered.

I checked the output of "defaults read com.macromates.textmate"
and seen the entry for "OakThemeManagerDeletedThemes"

Then, "defaults delete com.macromates.textmate OakThemeManagerDeletedThemes"
did the trick.

Solved.
