Just a note:
Yes, this got it working again but the new version doesn't respect the
URLAssociations.
I think it's because when you invoke the command from WebKit at least,
the file is opened with <Page Subject>.webkit for the name, instead of
the URL. Not too big of a deal and I'm happy to still just have this
alive and kicking, but though I'd point it out.
