Some questions :

1) How to compile with --shell-escape and lATEX 2? 

2) in the script, I don't understand      ~ /.*-preamble.tex/
here :

 if File.exists?(pdf) and not ENV["TM_FILEPATH"] =~ /.*-preamble.tex/
