You can find older versions of the bundle via svn: http://svn.textmate.org/trunk/Bundles/C.tmbundle/

It’s not exactly something we recommend (using older bundles) but  
given the complexity of the C++ grammar, I am not sure how easy it is  
to do a quick fix for your problem.
