The Source bundle is a default bundle which ships with TextMate. Did  
you delete it?
Did you read http://manual.macromates.com/en/bundles chapter 5.3 (esp.  
last paragraph)?

You can also use the GetBundles bundle which makes it easier to get  
rid of such things.
