A lot of the bundle commands require ruby 1.8, 10.3.9 only has 1.6 so  
you will need to install that yourself and make sure TextMate finds  
it, for help with this see http://macromates.com/wiki/Troubleshooting/RubyVersionIssue

Officially TM requires 10.4 — but 1.5.7 should work if you install  
ruby 1.8.
