I'm not sure what you mean that TextMate does not find the files in
~/Library/....   Do you mean when you run the Typeset & View command?  What
specific error message do you get?  Typesetting your file and label
completion are two completely separate things.

Do you have multiple versions of latex installed on your computer?  It may
be that you are not running the MacTeX version?
