[TxMt] Does a clickable xml outline exist (like jedit sidekick or eclipse outline)?

If I understand what you're wanting, I think the Symbols list (at the  
bottom of the TextMate window) would be a good way to implement this.

For an example, open a large Markdown document with many headings of  
varying depths and look at the Symbols drop-down. What you should see  
is a clickable outline. I love this and use it all the time.

I'm a little surprised that the XML bundle doesn't already do this.
