[TxMt] Does a clickable xml outline exist (like jedit sidekick or eclipse outline)?

If I can get NSTreeController to play, could do this without too much  
fuss with tm_dialog. HTML is an option too, but maybe not quite  
flexible enough.

As for setting the caret position; you can specify line args in  
txmt:// urls I just learned.
