[TxMt] Problems with \cite-items

in a seperate directory but in the bbl-file everything stands correct
but the log-file says that the entry can't be found in the bbl-file.
Sometimes the correct bibliography is printed out just the \cite-items
are not generated correctly.
But at first I will try disabling latexmk.pl.
