[TxMt] Problems with \cite-items

I've had something similar happen occasionally. The best I could come  
up with is that latekmk.pl somehow gets confused into thinking things  
up up-to-date, and for instance doesn't do a bibtex run even though  
it should, or for whatever reason it doesn't do a new recompile. Do  
things work properly if you run bibtex and latex manually, i.e.  
disabling latexmk.pl?
