[TxMt] New version of Texari Reborn Theme

Whoops, forgot to attach the file, wasn't attached.

One further mention, on why this Theme was baptized Texari.

I view and work a lot with Text. With TextMate, Textpattern on Safari.
So: Text + Safari = TextSafari = Texari.

The Reborn thing has to do with the Language Grammar refactoring.
