[TxMt] Ctrl key and shortcuts cease working

I had a moment there where shift-ctl combos no longer worked. For  
example shift-ctl-k, for kill whole line, and shift-ctl-u for  
lowercase, but after I restarted TextMate it went back to normal.  
Actually, first shift-ctl went, then ALL keystrokes ceased producing  
any results, then I relaunched, then all was well.
