[TxMt] File highlighting in project drawer on file switch

i use only the drawer and i never close files, so is not disturbing
for me. what i notice is something else, when you switch the focus to
another application, textmate is saving all files and scrolls the
drawer up. this is what disturbing me. can this be fixed?
