[TxMt] XMLMate plug-in broken as of TextMate 1.5.7?

I've released another small update for XMLMate: 1.4.3. Many (all?)  
users were not able to run XMLMate on Tiger, hopefully this fixes the  
issue.

Many thanks to those who sent in bug reports and information.
