Yep.  My recommendation is:

   * Make a new user
   * set the display size to 800x600
   * redo the screencast, making sure that you talk nearly continuously.

If you can talk while typing, that keeps the viewer's interest more than 
talking a bit, then pausing, then typing a bit, then pausing some more. :)

Making screencasts is definitely harder than it looks, and takes longer 
than one would expect.  I had to do about 4-5 takes of that first 
AppleScript bundle screencast, as I kept messing it up.
