[TxMt] Coloured quoted text in mail

Hi Haris,

I tried what you suggested and no joy.  Using show scope gives me  
text.mail.markdown and text.html.markdown everywhere, i.e. doesn't  
change with quote level.  The file type is shown as Mail.

I am running version 1.5.5 build 1368.
