[TxMt] Feature Request: Filename tooltip

It think what Dave is suggesting is something similar to the tooltip
we now have that appears over tabs when you hover the cursor over the
tab.
I think this would be a great addition, and hopefully Allan will
consider it, but I think we'll have to wait till TM2.0 for it.
