[TxMt] LaTeX spelling

Typically TM disables spell checking for anything that is "source"  
related, and that includes the \command parts of LaTeX. However, this  
setting is stored in the Source bundle. Did you by any chance disable  
the Source bundle? Text, Source and TextMate should never be disabled.
