[TxMt] svn commit problem: CMPluginExamineContext-m is not under version control

Looks like it's missing the path to the SVN binary, and putting in
what you placed below. I have had this creep up a few times, but
it's sporadic, and I never even thought about it. the -m looks like
the message flag for a svn commit.
