It should be enough to remove the ~/Library/Application
Support/TextMate/Bundles directory. This will remove *all* modifications
you made (using the Bundle Editor of TextMate).

If you just want to remove modifications of the HTML bundle, then remove
the file HTML.tmbundle in ~/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles
