Why not? Copy the entire English online manual to a wiki
wiki.macromates.com/Manual/rus site, and then if someone has a bit  
time s/he translates paragraph by paragraph into Russian or, of  
course, into other languages.

PS @Alexey I know. It's really hard to translate proper names into  
Russian, but sometime also very funny ;) What do you think about
