[TxMt] TextMate still holding onto Volumes

Did you open the file with the standard file panel?

Since I do not hold locks on anything in the file system, my guess  
would be that it is because the system file panel keeps one on the  
folder it is showing. When it happens, try ⌘O and navigate to some  
other folder, and then unmount.
