[TxMt] SVN Status -> commit button doesn't work?

Actually, this should work as is. format_commit.rb takes the selected  
paths and also appends whatever paths are passed in:

	paths_to_commit = TextMate::selected_paths_array
	paths_to_commit.concat( ARGV ) unless ARGV.empty?

paths_to_commit is then filtered through "svn status". Maybe  
format_status.rb isn't passing the paths correctly, or maybe PWD  
somehow doesn't match up.
