[TxMt] New(er) tablature bundle

Michael,

you should definitely modify this bundle for shortcuts to only work  
under the tablature scope. I just had to do a quick edit on a perl  
script and imagine my surprise when pressing + added a tab staff to  
my script.... Perl syntax is not THAT strange.  :)
