[TxMt] New(er) tablature bundle

Hello,

There's an updated tablature bundle here:

Which includes some fixes, modifies key bindings, and recognizes more  
notes. There's also a README which actually explains some things.

I'd imagine this has been discussed before, but does anyone have any  
tips for making bundle development more sane/streamlined? Like tips  
for bundles and source control I guess? I'll probably search the list  
after I send this, but for now...
