[TxMt] Bundles: R; LaTeX deep include parsing

Well, I guess I'm passively maintaining the R bundle.  I had basically
everything I needed, but if you have any suggestions for improvement,
I'm happy to add them.

That would be great.  I use sweave from time to time too, and I think
I may have a partially written sweave language file too.
