[TxMt] dragging text selection

I keep mis-keying this too... but TextMate offers column selection
(which is activated by the Option key).
To duplicate some text, you have to remember to: Select, click and
hold, drag... THEN press the option key.
That is, it's click-drag-option-mouseup, not option-click-drag-
mouseup. :)
