A quick google on Amendment turns up this Mac spelling checker:  
http://www.amendmentapp.com/

So at least the first output line is from that application. I don’t  
know if the following errors are also from Amendment -- I have cc’ed  
their feedback address.

Note to whoever is in charge at Amendment: if you reply, reply  
privately to Josh and/or me as your mail will be reject if sent to  
the list (and you’re not a list subscriber.)
