[TxMt] Same shortcuts in LaTeX bundle?

It is a feature, because the idea is that they have different scope,  
so they would never appear at the same time. The scope for the label  
command is meta.ref-or-label, while the scope for the BibDesk  
completion should be meta.cite.latex. For some reason it is not right  
now, I think it should be changed.
