[TxMt] Same shortcuts in LaTeX bundle?

I noticed that the LaTeX bundle provides the same shortcut for two  
different commands:

BibDesk Completion
Insert Label From Document

Both are mapped to ⌥⎋. Is this a bug or a feature?
