[TxMt] editing large files?

Hi,

I was trying to find an XML editor for large XML files. I tried to  
open a 108 MB (genome data in XML) file in TextMate but it failed.  
BBedit opens te file ok. Is there an upper bound to the amount of  
data you can edit?
