[TxMt] textmate + smb = kernal panic?

Hmm. FWIW, I've been doing this very thing for the last week without
any problems. Some details:
MacOS 10.4.4 on an iMac G5.
WinXP laptop on the same 100mb (home) network, where the files reside.

The only thing I notice is that sometimes when I switch to TextMate it
will go "busy" for 1 second or so, presumably checking the file system
for changes.
