[TxMt] Blogging Bundle - Image uploads

As long as your language is set to Blog - Markdown\HTML\Textile it  
should bring up a dialog asking you to describe the image, then  
upload it for you and insert a link.  If this is not happening, then  
something is wrong.  I've tweaked mine to handle thumbnail creation  
and linking to lightbox popups, and I don't remember if I changed  
anything else along the way, but as far as I can remember it's always  
worked perfectly for me, even when set to Status: Draft.  Draft  
really shouldn't affect it at all.
