[TxMt] Footer for Preview Print other than Prince 5.1

For those who don't know what Prince is, I found it:

Apparently a single-user license is $349. OUCH!

Lloyd, I just found something called pandoc, which can read markdown  
and write LaTeX. I haven't tested it yet, but if it works properly  
you should be able to generate a LaTeX document from your markdown  
and then render that to PDF. Unfortunately, I don't know anything  
about footers with markdown. Worst case you could post-process the  
LaTeX document to include the footers you want. Or perhaps pandoc  
will let you modify the LaTeX document preamble to include a custom  
package which provides your footers?
