[TxMt] View > Wrap Column broken ?

Hi there

I'm using v. 1197 and it seems that the 
View > Wrap Column > Use window frame is broken.
Even with this option on, I have long comments line 
which do not wrap and I have to scroll 
horizontally to see them.
