[TxMt] <img> & <css> drag commands

This totally doesn't answer your question, but I've noticed in some
cases I'll get an img tag, other cases the binary code. Unfortunately
I've always been rushed and not had a chance to examine the context. I
have the default (built-in) commands as well... I suspect it's based on
the context - file type or location in file, or something...
