[TxMt] Bug - File grouping

This might be by design - but I can't imagine why

Take a group of preexisting files drag them onto TextMate and create a 
scratch project
save the project and then attempt to select a range of files in the 
project drawer to group them.. The group files option is disabled

Although I have no problem creating a new project -- populate it with 
'new' files from textMate and grouping them is not a problem

any thoughts?
