[TxMt] Rails Bundle

I am running TextMate 1.1b5

I downloaded the Rails bundle from here:

http://wiki.rubyonrails.com/rails/show/TextMate

I double clicked.  It installed.  I restarted TextMate.  When I looked 
in snippet there was no category for Rails.  How can I get it to 
install properly?
