[TxMt] [TextMate] smart typing pairs

    Hi All(an),

    Yet another smart release, v1.0.2ß2 is really great, print options
match exactly what we need :)

> Added a default set of smart typing pairs, these are: ({[""""]}).

    Would you please add "«  »"? i.e. something like
        "« (caret here) »"
